Participation:

Participation in the sweepstakes is free of charge, not contingent on the purchase of any goods, and is completed by fully registering via the entry form on this website.
Eligible to participate are individuals aged 18 and older. Only one entry per person is permitted. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.
The entry period begins with the announcement of the sweepstakes and ends on August 24, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.

Prizes:

Ten admission tickets to Automechanika Frankfurt 2026 will be raffled off among all valid entries received by the deadline.

Each winner will receive:

One free admission ticket to Automechanika Frankfurt 2026, plus a RescueBox of their choice from the organizer’s product range, which must be picked up in person at the organizer’s booth during the trade show only. Cash payment, exchange, or transfer of the prize to a third party is not permitted.

Selection of Winners:

The drawing will take place on August 25, 2026, at random from among all eligible entries. Winners will be notified via email to the email address provided during registration. If a winner does not respond within 7 calendar days of the notification being sent, the organizer reserves the right to redraw the prize.

Data Protection:

The personal data collected in connection with the sweepstakes will not be disclosed to third parties and will be processed specifically for the purpose of conducting and administering the sweepstakes. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR. After the contest concludes, the data will be deleted unless there are legal retention requirements or the participants have provided additional consent. Liability:

The organizer’s liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract. Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.

Miscellaneous:

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the contest in the event of violations of these terms and conditions or attempts at manipulation. The organizer further reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest prematurely at any time for good cause, provided that proper conduct of the contest cannot be guaranteed for legal or factual reasons. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. Legal recourse regarding the conduct of the contest and the determination of the winner is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
